We are so proud of our Race Team swimmers and the support of their parents and our Head Coach Stefano.
Junior racing is all about laying foundations and developing skills for the future. Having fun with your team mates and coaches is a critical part of this journey!

Get ready for racing….. and fun times on Friday nights at the Ironside pool 😍

☀️ FRIDAY NIGHT SWIM CLUB IS BACK IN TERM 4! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Summer is nearly here, and so is Ironside Swim Club!

Club Nights are one of our favourite parts of the season. Yes, there’s racing and the chance to improve your times, but it’s also about catching up with friends, cheering each other on, grabbing something from the BBQ and spending a relaxed Friday evening together as a community.

From Prep to Grade 6 and above, kids can take part in timed 25m, 50m and 100m races, while our younger “tadpoles” can join the fun with their free assisted 25m swim.

⏰ From 5.45pm
📍 Ironside State School Pool
🌭 BBQ & canteen every week
💙🤍 Racing, friends, family and plenty of summer vibes

We are so delighted to welcome the gorgeous and ageless Miss Maudie to our teaching team at GPSS. What a privilege to have so much wisdom and experience with little ones all wrapped up in one teacher. Miss Maudie loves teaching our little poppets in Starfish and Prep 1. 💙💚
