Join us, UQcc and QUTcc for a no-drop coffee ride on Mondays! 25km/h or less, 6am under the UQ bridge.

Meet 6:00am under the UQ bridge for a casual riverloop and coffee. This is a a no-drop ride - 25km/hr average is about as quick as it gets. Ride whatever you want so long as you can do so safely in a bunch. Lycra optional. We hope to see you all there, all abilities welcome!

Thanks to all who came to UQ Market Day today, it was a pleasure meeting you all! We hope to see you during our free trial over the coming weeks from Mon 29th Jul - Sun 11th Aug. The training schedule can be found on our story or on our Instagram

Please get in touch with us if you wish to attend the sessions. It is vital that for any bike session you wear a helmet and have working brakes and lights on your bike.

After the trial period, we offer a 6 month membership at $150 that offers full access to both our coached and uncoached sessions. This is paid through the AusTriathlon website. Get in touch if you would like to join.

Hi all!

Thank you to everyone who came to Market Day and showed interest in our club. If you are new to the club you may join us for a 2 week free trial. After which you will need to purchase our 3 month training pass ($100 for UQ Gold members and $140 for non-members) and annual AusTriathlon club membership (contact us for more info).

For your first session, Friday track is a great way to start, as we will all be on the track together, regardless of pace or ability!

If you are coming to a bike session please make sure that you have front and rear lights, a helmet and working brakes as we will be riding on the road. Contact us in advance if you wish to attend.

Please arrive ~5 minutes early to meet everyone and say hi to the coaches.

Session details:

Monday 5:15 am Swim set (uncoached) @ UQ Pool - speed session
Tuesday 5:30 am Cycling @ Planetarium gates (Mt Coot-tha) – Climbing/strength orientated
Wednesday 5:15 am Run set (uncoached) @ UQ Pool – Tempo/threshold sessions
Thursday 5:15 am Cycling @ UQ Pool – Flat TT orientated sessions
Friday 5:30 am Running @ UQ Pool – Track session

(Saturday and Sunday times are subject to change, send us a message on the page if you’re keen to come along!)
Cycling: Saturday 5:30 am @ UQ Pool – Social long ride, 60-100kms, 3-4hrs
Running: Sunday 5:30 am @ TBD – Social long run/trail run, 8-15kms, 60-90mins

Our sessions during the week tend to run for about 90 minutes, so we should be done by 7am
