Your eyes and ears will fail this test.

I built a digital twin with HeyGen + ElevenLabs.

This video is the training clip.
Burned-in captions included.

One sentence is spoken by my AI twin.

Three lessons from the build:

Support matters.
↳ HeyGen support replied within an hour, more than once.
↳ The UI for integrating ElevenLabs voice is not friendly.

Accent defaults matter.
↳ My voice kept drifting to a US accent.
↳ Fix: select “Original accent” in ElevenLabs.

Training matters.
↳ HeyGen wants 2–5 mins for a hyper-realistic avatar. I gave it 8 mins.
↳ ElevenLabs voice quality tracks clean audio. I’ve fed 45 mins so far.

Your mission:
Comment the exact sentence you think came from the twin.

Rule going forward:
Black outfit or black accessory means the twin speaks.
Shirt. Hat. Sunglasses.

Which sentence was AI?

Most people think “good design” = hiring a designer or losing a Sunday in Canva.

This infographic?
Took me about 5 minutes.

And honestly… most of that was just waiting for the AI to finish. It took me longer to write this post than to create the visual.

Before:
I’d tell myself, “I should share this idea properly.”
> Then realise I don’t have time to brief a designer, jump on Fiverr, or wrestle with Canva.
> Result: the idea stays stuck in my notes.

After (with AI + Nano Banana Pro):
> I grab an idea I’ve already shared (a talk, webinar, or post).
> I turn it into a simple prompt.
> Nano Banana Pro does its thing.
> I hit post.

Here’s the exact 4-step process I used for the infographic you see:

1️⃣ Use a strong prompt format
I started with a structure inspired by Ruben Hassid’s prompt frameworks: clear topic, audience, visual style and layout.

2️⃣ Repurpose existing content into the prompt
I pasted a chunk from a talk I’d already given about “Stop using AI like Google – turn it into your thinking partner.”

3️⃣ Let Nano Banana Pro do the hard work
I told it: “Design a 4:5 infographic” and added the style, colours and layout. Then I waited a couple of minutes.

4️⃣ Ship and profit (in attention, not just revenue)
Download, upload to LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook, write a short post, and start conversations with the exact people I want to reach.

The big unlock:
You don’t need “more time” or “a designer” to communicate clearly with your team or audience.
You need a repeatable AI prompt and a simple workflow you can run in minutes.

If you want the exact prompt format I used for this infographic, comment PROMPT and I’ll share it with you.

Legacy isn’t about money, status, or titles.
It’s about how you show up.
How you make people feel safe.
How you lift others when they need it most.
How you live your values when no one’s watching.

Every day, you’re building a legacy —
the only question is:
what kind? 🌙

If you’re ready to live and lead with that kind of clarity,
let’s talk.

Vulnerability isn’t weakness — it’s courage in action. 💬
I spoke with a group of graduates recently
and shared my story —
the anxiety, the burnout, the moments I doubted myself.

Afterwards, a few reached out to say
they felt the same way.

That’s the power of honesty —
it turns isolation into connection.

What story could you share that helps someone feel seen?

27/11/2025

We try so hard to get it all right.
But kids don’t need perfect parents —
they need present ones.

“Good enough” means you keep showing up,
even when it’s messy.

It means you model self-acceptance,
so they learn it too.

That’s the foundation of emotional safety —
and real connection. 🫶

If you’re ready to drop the pressure and lead with presence,
let’s chat.

You don’t have to earn your worth —
you already have it.

You don’t need to add more —
you need to allow more.

When you lead from that truth,
you stop chasing validation
and start creating impact that feels aligned. 🌻

If you’re ready to step into that kind of leadership,
let’s have a chat.

Anxiety isn’t the enemy.
It’s energy waiting to be directed. ⚡

The next time you feel your heart racing, try this:
Instead of “I’m anxious,” whisper “I’m excited.”

Notice how your body shifts.
If you want more tools to reframe that energy and find calm through action — let’s talk.

24/11/2025

Legacy isn’t written at the end of your story.
It’s written in every interaction today.
It’s how you speak to your partner when you’re tired.
It’s how you listen to your kids when they just need you there.
It’s how you treat people when no one’s watching.

Legacy is purpose in motion. 🌤️

If you’re ready to lead from that truth,
start with presence — the rest follows.

It’s easy to forget you’re on the same side when life gets loud.
Try these four simple habits:
1️⃣ Same team, same goal.
2️⃣ Trade tasks, don’t tally them.
3️⃣ Speak needs, not accusations.
4️⃣ Protect each other’s rest.

Teamwork isn’t about doing it all — it’s about doing it together. 🤝
If you’re ready to re-establish your rhythm as a team,
let’s chat about how to get there.

Parenting isn’t a sprint; it’s endurance in motion.
There will be seasons when one carries more,
and others when the roles reverse.

Take turns.
Tag out.
Support each other.

The goal isn’t equal effort every day —
it’s mutual grace every season. 🕊️

If you’re feeling stretched thin,
remember you’re running the same race — on the same team.

When your baby cries, the instinct is to fix it.
But sometimes, the lesson isn’t to fix — it’s to be there.

They can’t regulate their emotions yet —
they borrow yours.

The calmer you stay,
the safer they feel to express and learn. 🌱

Parenting isn’t about perfection —
it’s about presence.
