How you speak to yourself vs how you speak to others is something we should all be looking into

Do you find that you’re constantly beating yourself up when speaking to (or about) yourself?

If so, it’s probably a good idea to become more mindful around the way you speak to yourself

This can be a complete game changer and a few slight changes has the potential to turn your life around 😉

Through teaching people effective mental health strategies and the best ways to support those around us who are suffering, we can make make a genuine difference for future generations and can make this world a happier place

Here’s how you can get fit with MG Fitness in 2022:

1. Personal Training (garage gym in Collaroy and outdoor options)

2. Group training 6am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday @ Willoughby and 7:30am @ Balmoral

3. Run & Coffee Club 6am Tuesday (free session)
