So now the Defroux brothers Jean-Claude & Pascal are both Life Members of their respective clubs. Congratulations Patrick.

Yesterday, we held our Annual General Meeting, which was also the perfect occasion to recognise one of our members, Pascal, by awarding him Life Membership.

Pascal now joins Yvonne, Francis and Raymond, who were previously granted Life Membership for their outstanding contribution to Brisbane Pétanque Club.

A well-known personality in the Australian pétanque community, Pascal has been a loyal servant of Brisbane Pétanque Club over many years, having served as both Secretary and President. He remains an active member of the Management Committee today.

He is also the driving force behind the Queensland International, which has grown into one of the most prestigious pétanque competitions in Australia. And when he’s not on the court playing and collecting trophies, you’ll often find him officiating as a registered umpire.

Congratulations, Pascal, and thank you for your dedication and contribution to Brisbane Pétanque Club! 🏆👏

It was perfect weather today at Camberwell Petanque Club for their Mixed Triples Tournament. Congratulations, Chris, with Ben & Tammie(CPC) placing 3rd. And well done, Kerrie's great-niece Lorelei, with her dad Nick, both first-timers who won 2 games with a happy auntie
