Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to help kids move well, build confidence, and have fun doing it.
✅ Movements scaled to age, maturity, and ability
✅ Lighter loads, simpler skills, shorter workouts
✅ Playful, engaging sessions with games, challenges & teamwork
Kids will:
Build coordination, balance, agility, strength & endurance
Learn to see exercise as fun, not a chore.
Experience small wins that build confidence and resilience
Develop teamwork, encouragement & respect.
Improve performance and reduce injury risk in other sports
Perfect for kids who love to move or kids who are still learning to love it.
