Lily Harrison - Women’s Health & Fitness Coach

Lily Harrison - Women’s Health & Fitness Coach Empowering women to fuel their bodies and get strong 🦋 Hi, I'm so glad you're here and looking into me as a coach!

I am a fully qualified personal trainer and am also in my final semester of university to become a nutritionist. My goal is to help as many people as possible to feel confident in their own skin and create a positive relationship with food. As someone who has struggled with this in the past, I know how consuming it can be to fear certain foods, yo-yo through every diet there is and feel like you'r

e working hard without making any progress. My job is to educate and inspire you into fuelling your body while adhering to a structured program to achieve REAL results (none of this no carb, juice cleanse, apple cider vinegar shotting and 7 day ab challenge crap!). As a B.Fit coach, I create personalised training programs in 6-week blocks as well as macronutrient targets for tracking your calories. I provide accountability through weekly check ins and you have access to me 24/7 to answer any questions or provide feedback on your form. You also get access to an app, guides and a private Facebook group. Wanting to get started or have more questions about what we offer at B.Fit? Fill out the application form in my bio and we will be in touch!

I came LAST in my IFBB debut…

And I wouldn’t change a thing.

That first show shook out the nerves after not being on stage for 3 years. It gave me feedback for where I needed to improve. It provided an opportunity to handle losing, after taking an overall and placing well in my first competing season.

As athletes we are always going to have areas to improve, and yes you want to take the time to grow and bring a competitive package, but if you still have areas to work on when to step on stage, especially as a first timer, that’s okay. MOST body builders will have feedback of needing to grow more muscle in some areas as it’s literally the purpose of the sport.

Not placing also doesn’t mean you didn’t belong on stage or looked bad, it just means that other people better fit the category for that day.

So even if you don’t place, have fun, acknowledge that show day is a celebration of the hard work you’ve put in, take on the feedback and let it fuel your fire to come back even stronger 🐺

Most women don’t fail fat loss because they’re not trying…
they fail because they’re stuck in this cycle 👇🏼

Starting too aggressively
→ low calories, more cardio, all in
This works until you give up because it’s not sustainable. Rather than going from 0 to 100, try 0 to 20, then build from there.

Changing the plan too often
→ no consistency, no real progress
You can’t know if a plan is working if you haven’t given it a chance to. Dropping calories further isn’t the answer, if you haven’t stuck to the current target OR if you’re judging a single weigh in that may be a fluctuation (hormones, higher sodium intake, different fibre amount, lack of bowel movement, time of day etc).

Demonising foods
→ restriction → overeating
Instead of looking at what you should exclude from your diet, think about what you can include; more protein, more fibre, more vegetables, more water etc. Try and aim for an 80:20 approach of wholefoods to “soul” foods.

And the biggest one…
Focusing only on losing fat, not keeping it off.
Fat loss isn’t just about getting there, it’s about building something you can actually maintain.

If you feel like you’re always “starting over”… this is why.

DM me “READY” if you want to break that cycle 🤍
