Meet Hayley šŸ‘

Back in February, Hayley made a decision to prioritise herself and her health.

Like many people, she could have waited until life felt less busy. She could have told herself she'd start next week, next month, or when motivation magically appeared.

Instead, she started.

Fast forward a few months, and Hayley has just achieved an incredible milestone: 100 classes completed. šŸ’Æ

As one of our unlimited members, she's shown what real progress looks like—not perfection, but consistency. Week after week, she’s turned up, put in the work, and trusted the process.

The result?

āœ… 100 classes completed
āœ… Consistent training habits
āœ… Improved strength, fitness, and performance
āœ… More confidence in what her body can do

And she hasn't stopped there.

Hayley recently joined our 8-Week Winter Strength Program and even brought a friend along, embracing everything that makes our community special.

The biggest lesson from Hayley's journey?

You don't need to be the fittest person in the room. You don't need to have everything figured out.

You just need to keep showing up.

When Jane first started, she knew lasting results wouldn’t come from quick fixes—they’d come from building better habits.

One of the biggest changes she made was prioritising her protein intake, and the results have been incredible. Through consistency, patience, and a commitment to looking after her health, Jane has transformed not only her body but also her performance in the gym.

Meet Elbrie! šŸ‘

Since joining Altern8 back in March, Elbrie has become a staple of our early morning crew. No matter the day, she is consistently showing up with a massive smile, incredible energy, and a work ethic that inspires everyone around her. šŸŒ…āœØ

Elbrie recently jumped into our Program with a goal to build strength and simply enjoy the process. And honestly? The results are already speaking for themselves:

Getting injured doesn’t always mean stopping completely.
