Back in February, Hayley made a decision to prioritise herself and her health.
Like many people, she could have waited until life felt less busy. She could have told herself she'd start next week, next month, or when motivation magically appeared.
Instead, she started.
Fast forward a few months, and Hayley has just achieved an incredible milestone: 100 classes completed. šÆ
