TRAIL ICON is looking for a team member to join our crew here in Southern Utah.
We design and build rugged, American-made UTV products, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for someone who’s mechanically minded (or eager to learn), takes pride in their work, and can help with product assembly, hardware kitting, and general shop support.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Hardware prep and installation (insertion, light assembly)
• Prepping products for packaging and shipping
• Organizing hardware kits and shop materials
• Keeping the work area clean and efficient
• Assist on Product builds and projects
• Helping with event setup and takedown

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
• Mechanically inclined — you’ve used tools before or are confident you can learn
• Detail oriented is a must! We have hight standards with our products.
• Reliable transportation (Valid Drivers License Required)
• Positive attitude and ready to learn
• Not currently in high school (ideal for college students, tradesmen, or anyone with a flexible part-time schedule)

🚀 What We Offer:
• $15–$17/hr starting wage (based on experience)
• Room to grow and take on more responsibility
• Hands-on training
• Fast-paced, no-drama shop culture
• Gas reimbursement for occasional runs to partner companies (if needed)
• Flexibility with scheduling
