🚨Only 2 more sleeps to go until our first day of competition starts…. 🙌🏼
👏🏼 Welcome back to our existing families and welcome to our new families, the commitee and I are excited to see everyone on Saturday 🤩
What to expect on the first day!
✅ Uniforms and registration pack pick up will be available from 7am, and finish at 7:45am sharp, as all our volunteers are age managers and need to get ready to take their groups around.
✅ Arrive before 8am, and line up in your marked age groups on the field. I will give a brief update to everyone, and when we are ready to start your Age manager will take you around to each field event.
✅ If your child is trialing, please fill out a trial form located on the table near the canteen.
🚨 We will need 3 volunteers from our senior age groups, 2x starters and a timekeeper. We can’t start our morning until we have our volunteers.
🍳 Our canteen will be open serving hot bbq food from 8am.
☕️ We will have a coffee van on-site ready to take your coffee orders from 7:30am.
⚫️ If you have any questions throughout the day,
please ask a committee member or your Age Manager.
