▪︎ Do you know how to read a set of scales properly ?!!

▪︎Do you have a HEALTHY & POSITIVE relationship with a set a scales?🤔

▪︎ Experience and studies show that the majority of people have a very unhealthy relationship with scales. Leading them often into obsessive behaviours, poor eating / training habits, and a decline in their mental health.

This is a photo of me standing on the scales at the gym yesterday.

What some people might look at as an "ideal" or "goal" weight.

For me, it represents a little disappointment and the result of not sticking to my training goals.

This shows that I have lost at least 5kgs in MUSCLE ! Yep, that's right muscle.

So many people are negatively conditioned to think that they only good thing about scales, are if they go down.

Clearly, here it shows it's not the case.

There is a very fine and dangerous line with training to reach your goal but maintaining a positive approach and keeping your mental health in a safe and educated place regarding weight loss and training.

Please reach out if you want some advice, help, or education on how to maintain a healthy relationship with the scales and your weight loss journey.
