Today, we hosted an incredible First Aid Training session at Blue Mountains Jiu Jitsu Academy!

Both adult and young students came together to learn essential life-saving skills, making it a day of growth and preparedness for everyone.

A huge thank you to Shae from WHS First Response Training for leading the course on behalf of Allen’s Training. Your expertise and passion made the training both informative and enjoyable for all attendees!
