A few of our classes are hibernating over winter:
✨ Monday and Thursday Lunch time Reformer
✨ Wednesday 5:30AM Reformer
✨ Tuesday PM Matwork will go on break from July so keep enjoying them through June!

However, some of our other classes are warming up!

Join our newest team member and absolute powerhouse Charlotte M at Buttenshaw Park at 9:30AM, bring your mat and get ready for our signature Pilates Power Flow burn (suitable for all levels). The Mat Life Springwood, Fine Flowers Katoomba and Cassiopeia Coffee are joining forces to bring you our very first Petals & Pilates workshop in celebration of Mother’s Day.
Spoil Mum with a:
- Gentle Matwork Pilates session guided by The Mat Life
- Bouquet making workshop facilitated by Fine Flowers Katoomba
- Coffee & Pastries supplied by Cassiopeia Coffee

The “Finer” Details:
- Workshop begins at 10:30AM on 17th of May
- $110 per person can be booked via The Mat Life’s booking app Momence or their website: https://momence.com/l/nmhv6zBr
