To all Springvale Dart Club Players

For those that couldn't make it to the AGM I am giving a summary as to what was spoken about.

All members of the Committee were re-elected to their positions.

Bob Evans advised that a letter is being sent out stating that if any of the sporting bodies accounts went over $3000, the excess would go to the Veterans.
Bob also stated that he would not be standing again as a Representative for the Darts on the RSL Sub Branch Committee.
Presentation Night for 2025 - around May 26
RSL currently does not pay any Hall Hire: suggestion $35 per team, per season. Amount will be covered by our funds. Fees will stay at $5 per week.

Unpaid fees - discussion, result - until money is paid player is unfinancial and cannot play

If a player misses 12 months with the club then they will need to pay the $15 Registration again.
If you have any questions please speak with one of the Committee members

Our AGM is this coming Sunday 18th at the Dart Centre - 1pm.
Can all Captains have their Teams written on a piece of paper please.
Any questions you have we will try and answer.
After the AGM the Men's/Ladies singles will be played.

The Springvale Dart Club Committee wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. I hope you all enjoyed the year which is almost over. Hoping that you reached your goals ready to make new ones.
As the festive season approaches stay safe and well and have a very Happy New Year.

To all Springvale Dart Club players
Our Presentation Night will be held on the 6th December at the Springvale RSL.
Time : 6pm
Most players have already paid for the night but if you are bringing a partner who does not play darts, cost is $40. This amount must be paid at least a week prior to the event. We will be confirming numbers a week before the event so after the 29th November there will be no refunds.
Please let me know or your Captains if you will be attending asap.

Hi all
I hope this finds you well

I’m in for surgery Monday week and will NOT be at darts until the GF if I’m lucky.

The RSL would like our help for the Poppy Appeal
4 hour shifts 9-1 and 1-5. At Parkmore and Keysborough Bunnings. From 2 Nov to 11 Nov
5 shifts or 10 volunteers.
Also Bunnings BBQ Saturday 8th Nov
2-00 pm to close ( clean up )
Anyone who can assist with any of the above. See Sheryll Wednesday night or Kerry Friday Night
Rosters will be out Friday so first in best placed
