Our Annual Grand Final Fundraiser is coming up, and this year we want the dodgeball community to decide where the money goes. ❤️

We’ve chosen four charities that hold special meaning for people within our community — now it’s over to YOU.

🔋 Mito Foundation - Supporting Australians impacted by mitochondrial disease while funding vital research towards better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
💙 Cure Brain Cancer Foundation - Working to improve survival and quality of life for people affected by brain cancer by funding innovative research, advocacy and support.
🩷 Pink Elephants Support Network - Providing understanding, connection and specialised support so no one has to navigate miscarriage and early pregnancy loss alone.
🦋 Dr Sarah Barlow Bowel Cancer Foundation - Funding research into the early detection and better treatment of bowel cancer in young people.

🕞 3:30pm — Sabres Mixed 1

A double dose of Sabres at 1:30pm means twice the action, twice the sideline yelling and twice as many opportunities to make questionable decisions with balls in hand. 😝

And if you need a little game-day confidence, just get your swagger on with Preston 😎 (pictured demonstrating the exact level of confidence required 👌😆)

🖤🧡 CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE CLOTH GRAND FINALISTS! 🧡🖤

What a finish to an incredible cloth season! Huge congratulations to every team that took the court last weekend and gave us an afternoon packed with fast throws, brilliant catches and plenty of grand final drama. 🏆

And speaking of drama… the World Cup may be over, but apparently VAR has arrived at dodgeball 👀🎥

After the yellow cards flew between the Beasts and Sabres Orange the previous week, their gold medal rematch delivered another blockbuster. The referees had to review the video footage before making the final call, with Beaumont Beasts Gold ultimately taking home the win! 🥇

Congratulations to all eight teams on making it to the big dance and giving the crowd a finals day to remember. A special shoutout to our Sabres Women on bringing home the gold, and to our Men’s and Mixed Orange teams on their fantastic silver-medal finishes. We’re incredibly proud of you all! 🐯🧡
