Sneaking armbar from the bottom.
Just becuase some one has passed your guard to side control doesn't mean you can't attack them 🙃.

BJJ Blackbelt

Hi, my name is Tyrone Coppedge, aka “T” I have always been an active person. I first started playing rugby league at the age of 4 years old. I played League for 19 years and planned to continue for many more years till, October 7th, 2010 the day, I tried a class of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Infinity and realise all my muscles and athletic ability didn’t mean much when coming up against a skilled martial artist. I won’t lie, I was cocky and believed I could beat everybody in the class due to me having a big size advantage over most in the class and well……. My ego got checked big time it was very humbling experience, discovering that somebody 20kgs smaller could easily tool me up in the nicest, possible ways with just pure, good technique. I signed up that night and started training 6 days a week.

I couldn’t walk around now knowing that I have no idea how to defend myself. I needed to know all secrets. Here I am many years later still learning and developing. I’m very grateful I started BJJ, I have met great lifelong friends, traveled to many places and created wonderful memories and I have been blessed the opportunity to teach BJJ full time.
