Sunday are always a good day to sit down and reset for the week ahead.
I find that setting goals and having non - negotiable the week have helped me stay motivated and consistent. Do something each day for yourself, whether it's a 10 minute walk or having a bath or training.
Working consistently on your goals until they become a part of your every day.

Welcome to my page! I am Ellen and I am a Personal Trainer, Nutritionalist and first time Mum. I am passionate about health and fitness and especially now womens health. As well as becoming a Mum, I have also been diagnosed over a year ago with Polycystic O***y Syndrome and know all too well, first hand, how different womens health conditions can affect us in so many ways.
My why is for health. Health and wellness mentally and physically through fitness, nutrition and helping people understand how amazing our bodies can be if we just give it the chance.

I am there with you. I know what is like to look in the mirror and see something you don't exactly love, but what you need to focus on is what your body has allowed you to do! Mine has carried and nourished my little guy for 9 months and still continues to feed him, so all you and I can do is give yourself grace, do something each day to work towards your goals, and trust the process 🏋‍♀️
