At one stage I’m pretty sure we felt a bit of rain 😆 but it was a unanimous decision… we were already commited! 😂🙌🏻

What a stunning morning on the boardwalk… fresh air, sunshine, movement and so many smiles! 🌊💛

It’s definitely getting cooler, but a few ab exercises in and we were warm in no time 😆👏
We had a very special little guest today.
The adorable Hazel, 4 years cute ☺️ ..who joined in for part of the class.
Absolute natural, just like her mumma Gaby and Aunty Kat 🤍

Such a special, wholesome way to start the day ✨

No class next week due to Anzac Day, but we’ll be back on May 2nd for our International Pilates Day morning class. 👏Can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Another perfect morning spent with these beautiful people. I really love their readiness and enthusiasm for this amazing outdoor pilates class each week.🫶🏻
This beautiful outdoor class is all about breathing with intention, stretching and strengthen the whole body.
Mindful movement that always leaves you feeling invigorated and ready for the weekend ahead. 🥰🙌🏻

Next Saturday is a 👉🏻 6.30am start, nice and early to get us moving. See you then Lara 🇦🇺🦘🤍
