I just wanted to pop this here for you all to see...
Below is a progress photo of one of my amazing clients so far on her lifestyle change and weightloss journey.
30kg+ down now and doing an unbelievable job.
For this wife, mum of a 1 year old and also being back at work after maternity leave in a high demand career it has been a lifestyle change, a husband and wife commitment and now the 'norm'.
To her...I am so so proud of you!! You have set goals and you have SMASHED goals.
