Northern NSW Football Heart Health Round is here!

In support of club members and the wider community living with heart health issues we are supporting the Heartbeat of Football Foundation this weekend to raise awareness about heart health issues and raise funds to support life-saving heart research.

This weekend is HUGE for Lake Macquarie City FC at Tredinnick, and we'd love to see as many of you as possible down there cheering on our teams and showing support for our special guests!

We're incredibly proud to be hosting Mid Coast Football Club NPL Northern NSW Premier Youth League Girls this weekend. Many of their players, club officials, and families have been significantly impacted by the recent flooding on the NSW Mid North Coast, but the girls are resilient and still keen to play. Let's make them feel welcome and show them the strength of our football community!

Saturday is packed with action, starting bright and early at 9 AM! We've a fantastic lineup of Miniroos games, from U6 through to U11, with our U13 team playing their C Grade fixture against Cooks Hill United FC at 9 AM.
Plus, our PYL Girls are finally back on home soil against Mid Coast Football Club after seven long weeks of washouts, which impacted their fixtures – let's give them a massive welcome! PYLG13 kicks off at 10:30 AM, followed by PYLG15 at 12:10 PM, and PYLG17 at 1:50 PM.

Sunday marks the first games of the season for some of our Community girls teams – let's make it a memorable start for them!

* 10:15 AM: 14G01 vs Tilligerry United FC (14's A Grade)
* 11:30 AM: 16G01 vs Lake Macquarie City FC 15G01 (16's A Grade)
* 12:50 PM: 17G01 vs Kotara South Football Club (18's A Grade)

Your support makes a massive difference! If you're in the Tredinnick area, please pop down, even for a short time, and show your support for all our players.

💙🖤Community Initiative: Donations for Flood-Affected Clubs!💙🖤
We will be collecting donations of boots and equipment at Tredinnick over the weekend to help clubs on the Mid North Coast who have been impacted by the floods. If you have any items you'd like to donate, please bring them along. We'll ensure they get to where they're needed most.

Our PYLG sides take on Mid Coast tomorrow!

The Joint Zones have agreed to postpone all round 4 Interdistrict and MiniRoos games scheduled for 23/5/2025 to 25/5/2025.

Round 4 will be rescheduled to the allocated Wet Weather Weekend, 11-14 July.

All Tredinnick Oval Fields remain closed to training and will remain closed this weekend.

A decision regarding this Sunday's NPL Northern NSW PYLG matches will be made separately.

Lake Macquarie City FC hopes that all clubs, players, supporters, and their families remain safe during this extreme weather event.

We look forward to welcoming teams back when the fields are dry enough for play.

For the avoidance of doubt - Tredinnick Oval is closed.
Prior to Squadi going down, all games with Lake Macquarie City FC teams for today (17 May 2025) had field closure requests, with the exception of JDL Boys who will play out of Tuggerah 5s.

Unfortunately we are dealing with some technical difficulties and the software is not working.

Notifications of postponed games are coming through slowly. We will post what we can via Socials.
