Sunday Agility Session 💪⚽️

Another great morning of hard work from the boys, focusing on speed, power and agility. Today’s session included sprint drills, walking lunges, jumping squats, ladder footwork, cone shuttle runs, reaction sprints and change-of-direction exercises designed to improve movement on the football field.

The effort, attitude and intensity were outstanding. It’s these extra sessions and small improvements every week that help build stronger, faster and more confident footballers. 🔥⚽️

Our boys played an exceptional game today and walked away with a 4-3 win against Runaway Bay. Both teams brought their A game and gave it their all. Looking forward to playing this team again soon great bunch of kids and a great club
