KISS - keep it stupid simple

I can appreciate that a new recipe is exciting, but routine and taking action are 2 key components to finally achieving the result you’re after

And the more simple something is, the easier it is to stick to.

My hack is prepping s**t that is annoying to cook on a daily basis, for me that is meat.

I hate cooking meat frequently so cooking a bunch at once ensures I hit my protein targets every day.

If you don’t do this already, you should seriously consider it 🫡

10 months seems like a long time to invest in coaching, but being uncomfortable in your body for decades to come is far more expensive.

More expensive emotionally, physically and financially.

Being confident in your body has you showing up with a completely different energy, one that attracts better into your life.

Every day that Tam ticks off the boxes that take her closer towards her body goals, she builds more and more confidence, more trust in her ability, more faith in being able to do hard things, and makes herself and us so proud.

This stuff isn’t supposed to be easy, changing your habits, behaviours and overall life / results is hard but that’s why it’s so rewarding. 🙏

Insane results over the past 8 weeks for .arsenic 👏🏻

Swipe to see how we’ve achieved these results so far - this is a perfect example of why a PERSONALISED approach to coaching is so important! 

Here’s how we are able to guarantee results for our clients 👇🏻

1. We create a custom plan & forecast phases based on their goals

2. We schedule regular, in-depth check ins and use these as PROGRESS ASSESSMENTS to ensure our clients are ACTUALLY tracking towards their goal (at the forecasted rate of progression)

3. We make educated changes to the plan where necessary, in order to achieve the goal

In this case, we tweaked the plan only 3 weeks in as Sarah was sticking to the plan with immaculate consistency & was well ahead of schedule, so we used this opportunity to implement a more strategic approach while ensuring she’d still hit the goal we had set.

Single leg exercises are very demanding

Which is also why we tend to program less total sets for these movements (e.g 1-2 sets max)

But the goal remains the same, you must apply enough intensity to actually stimulate muscle growth

The problem most girls have is they don’t push the set hard enough because they’re saving themselves for the second side to be done straight away

This actually hinders your progress, like A LOT

And the girls that do push themselves hard enough tend to find the second leg suffers because they don’t rest long enough between each side

There is no other exercise that you would do in the gym, where if you just finished a hard set - to then follow it up with another hard set literally straight away. NONE

So make sure you take your time with single leg movements, push them like any other movement and don’t rush just to tick a box.

You’re already making the effort to get to the gym, at least be rewarded with progress toward your goals 🤝🏻

How you perform your hip thrusts makes all the difference

2 people who have the same program will achieve completely different results

Person 1 - performs each movement with control, intention and progression by increasing weight, reps and better form. This person grows their glutes consistently

Person 2 - rushes their exercise just to tick it off, just moves the weight from A to B without actively engaging the glutes and doesn’t care about progression just try’s to feel the burn and achieve the bare minimum. This person stays frustrated AF and looks for what the best peptide is to make up for lack of effort.

The secret is not in ‘what to do’ but in ‘how you do it’

Building muscle requires a lot of effort

We want to take the muscles we are trying to work, close to failure

So using little hacks like this make all the difference

Because now instead of being limited by the grip, you can actually lift enough weight to take the glutes and hamstrings close to failure and progress more consistently

It may look silly, but I promise it is an absolute game changer

Enough so that some of the girls we coach are able to lift their bodyweight or more which is unheard of, and the gains are undeniable.
