KISS - keep it stupid simple
I can appreciate that a new recipe is exciting, but routine and taking action are 2 key components to finally achieving the result you’re after
And the more simple something is, the easier it is to stick to.
My hack is prepping s**t that is annoying to cook on a daily basis, for me that is meat.
I hate cooking meat frequently so cooking a bunch at once ensures I hit my protein targets every day.
If you don’t do this already, you should seriously consider it 🫡
