What is German Wheel?
German Wheel (also known as Gym Wheel) is a unique acrobatic sport that began in Germany in 1925. The apparatus is made of two giant steel hoops connected by bars, handles, and foot boards with straps. Athletes roll, spin, swing, and balance inside the wheel while performing gymnastics and acrobatic skills.
A powerful mix of strength, coordination, artistry, and adrenaline — and now you can try it yourself at our German Wheel Workshop at Rise Aerial Academy on July 5th!
