This program means more to me than words can say. It’s about belief, resilience, gratitude, and showing what’s possible after transplantation — physically, emotionally, and as humans.

We honour daily….
2016 i was lucky enough to start my presenting - coaching role with Matty and and what a prievillage it is to continue this role where i can.

With the Australian Transplant Games fast approaching, the excitement is building for our transplant recipients, families, and supporters. These Games are not just about sport — they’re about life, second chances, and celebrating the gift of organ donation.

Pictured here are our two youngest organ transplant recipients — and honestly, this is what it’s all about.
Incredibly powerful.
Inspiring beyond words.
Absolutely amazing.

These kids remind us why we do this, why this program matters, and why every donor, every family, and every supporter makes such a difference.

2026 Let’s go

Grateful doesn’t even cover it.

Another year ahead with ASICS Australia and I honestly pinch myself every time I say that out loud.

Last year was something special — store openings, incredible events, meaningful conversations, and so many moments where movement, wellness, and community were front and centre. Watching movement be celebrated at a level I’ve never seen before, and being able to share the pavement with like-minded people who simply love moving well, moving often, and moving together — that’s powerful stuff.

This partnership runs perfectly alongside my values and my brand. Wellness, consistency, community, and doing things with purpose. To be welcomed into the ASICS family and trusted to represent something that genuinely aligns with how I live and coach is an absolute privilege.

Huge appreciation to the team, the energy, the vision — and to legends like Sam beside me doing what they do best.

I’m proud of what’s been, excited for what’s coming, and incredibly thankful to be part of something that truly walks the walk.

you live the preparation, the pressure, the setbacks, the long days, the uncomfortable conversations, and the relentless pursuit of better.

Last year was a huge step forward for these boys.
Not just in outcomes, but in mindset, standards, and belief.Share my knowledge and apply the strategies for personal performance. Many phone calls, Plenty of programming and thought and I'm proud of shearing that energy.
A huge 12 months of growth.

The grit.
The learnings.
The moments when it’s hard, uncertain, and demanding — and they still show up.

I’m incredibly proud of what was built and grateful for the opportunity to be part of that journey.
Wishing each of them nothing but success, growth, and strong health for the year ahead.

Teenage development to National level is big on so many levels, Physically and emotionally.

Bella’s journey is a powerful reminder that attitude + effort = growth.

From the early days in the gym to now representing Australia in Touch Football, her development has been nothing short of outstanding. Add to that school captain this year, and it’s clear this is an athlete who leads from the front — on the field, in the gym, and in life.

Huge shoutout to and the amazing team at Gold Coast University Hospital's Rehab for their incredible early work! Paul's determination is the real deal.

From battling Transverse Myelitis to crushing his rehab goals, every small win is a testament to his grit and consistency. Progress isn't luck; it's earned through hard work and unwavering belief. Remember, with commitment and patience, your body can bounce back stronger than ever. And let's not forget the power of gratitude and doing things for others - it's a game-changer! 🔥

We have been through a bit

Working with Will and Ri since 2017 has been one of the greatest privileges of my career.
We’ve shared the highs, lows, pressure and joy of this sport together.

As Will steps into his next chapter, I’m grateful for the camaraderie, the trust and the memories.
Proud is an understatement.

As one page turns and many more to write i can't wait to see what the future throws at us.
