Ella has only been part of our STRONG Southport community since July, but she has absolutely been smashing it in classes 💪🏼

She takes direction, embraces those little more options, and always brings such a positive energy to the studio. She is genuinely such a pleasure to have in class, and we love watching her progress every week!
