🏅 THE BEST RUNNING ACHIEVEMENTS AREN’T ALWAYS YOUR OWN.

This week’s spotlight features Simon Clayton, a runner who’s achieved some extraordinary things but gets just as much satisfaction from helping others reach their goals.

That’s what being part of Fordy Runs is all about. 🩷💙

Fordys turned parkrun pink this morning to remember our friend, Lulu Rob 🩷

It was a chilly morning but that didn't stop the guys getting out and about together for some Saturday morning fun.

Whether you ran solo, met up with friends, went out for a PB or just went for the post run brekkie, well done for getting out.

🏃‍♀️ EVERY RUNNER HAS A STORY. THIS IS KAREN’S. 🩷

Our Member Spotlight series is all about celebrating the people who make Fordy Runs Running Club what it is.

This week we’re introducing Karen Lumley AKA Stella, another wonderful member of our running family.

Because running isn’t always about PBs, medals or finish times. Sometimes it’s about the people you meet, the places you go and the memories you make along the way. 💙
