Chris and I jumped into a deep analysis of our Greyhounds Membership Picks. Specifically, how it performs against the sharpest public measurer - Betfair Australia Start Price (BSP).

An extract from Betfair on the Accuracy of BSP:

'When analysing data across 381,776 races and 3,232,630 runners, the BSP’s implied chance of winning (to the nearest percentage point) is very accurate when compared against the actual chance.'

This ultimately means in racing, if you beat Betfair Start Price consistently, you will win long-term.

We go deep into metrics that matter in this video and hope you gain some knowledge from this analysis.

We dive into:
- Variance of performance return vs edge on BSP
- Average % tipped prices over/under BSP
- Performance against BSP by year
- Best odds vs Cut-off odds differential
- Cumulative % (+/-) vs BSP for all Place Tips

The two best teams in the final day made it one of the great GFs. A Brisbane Lions Win would have been the 🍒 for us (taking them a long way out), but we found the value going in which is exactly what we are in the business to do.
