From FRAIL to FORMIDABLE…

I defied expectations - so can you!

I spent my twenties battling depression, gut issues and having my hope of achieving my dream body dashed by con job PT’s and snake-oil salesman that seemed more invested in my money - then my wellbeing.

Which is why I became a coach - to do it myself and help others do the same.

Just like you.

But this is not a sales pitch. This is not about me. This is about you.

So if you are wondering if there is hope for you, and whether there is any hope to achieving your health and physique goals, then I have a message for you.

🤔 Every now, and again, I hear people say things like….

💬 “I don’t feel like I am progressing…”

⚠️ But before you do, look back on how far you have come and celebrate where you are right now.

🙋🏼‍♂️Whenever a client says this to me, I’ll always raise and eyebrow and say something like:

💬 “I hear you, but I don’t think you remember what you looked like when you first walked in my door…”

🥰 Then when I show them, you can see the surprise and gratitude well up behind their eyes, as well as the pride when they see how far they HAVE come - and in that moment realise that they are being way too hard on themselves.

💪🏼 I started training because I wanted to look like the men on the cover of the Men’s health magazines.

📖 I spent endless hours reading and learning what I needed to, working with pts and then eventually deciding to BECOME one as a way to help myself continuously move in the direction of that goal.

🗓️ 12 years later, and I’m now weeks away from actually having another crack at making that dream offical as a mens fitness model.

💡 The moral of the story here, is never give up on that which you want. If you are struggling for direction and finding your way - it IS possible! You just need the right approach (and a lot of patience) is all.

🚀 So dare to dream a bigger dream for yourself. Stay in your lane and keep your focus on you and continuously strive for excellence in everything you do, and in doing so the whole universe will conspire to make your dream a reality.

Posting this for me to keep myself accountable to myself and ensure that I am bringing my best every damn day to achieve the best results possible.

Moving forwards I’ll continue to document what’s left of my prep journey, including the highs and lows, so you get a bit more insight into what truly happens behind the scenes getting ready for a show.

I’ve had so many setbacks over the years I can’t even count, more than would kill the average person.

But I’m still here, and committed to completing what I set out to do. Because that’s just who I am.

💪🏼 BODY TRANSFORMATION TIME 💪🏼

⏳ TIME FRAME: 16 WEEKS

⭐️ had been training for a few years, but came to me unhappy with his current physique, with the goal of being lean enough to see some abdominal definition - for the first time in his life.

🔍 Upon conducting his pre-screening, I managed to pinpoint a handful of issues that I knew we would need to overcome in order to be able to get the best possible result for him, including:

➡️ Chronic pain in his grip and forearms that was limiting his ability to effectively train back and biceps without major discomfort.
➡️ Managing digestive/gut issues
 ➡️ Stress management
➡️ Sleep optimisation… to name a few.

🚀 But with some intelligent program design, we managed to reduce the pain and discomfort by 90% by the end of his first week of training. As well as help him resolve the digestive issues he was experiencing with some simple tweaks to food choices which were the main obstacles we needed to overcome to propel him forwards!

🥩 He was given full autonomy over his nutrition to eat whatever he liked, and on his final skinfold assessment his final words were, ‘I never thought having abs was a possibility for me.’

Well mate, you did the work and the results speak for themselves! 👏🏻

😊 When oxytocin levels rise, it can have several positive effects on your well-being, such as reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood, and enhancing feelings of relaxation.

To celebrate the one year transformation milestone, here are some quick tips to start a body transformation of your own:

1. Set clear goals: Define specific, realistic, and measurable goals that you want to achieve to l stay focused and motivated.
2. Create a balanced diet: Adopt a healthy and balanced eating plan that includes a variety of nutrient-rich foods, good fats, and pre & probiotic fibre.
3. Structured resistance training routine: get settled into a training program targeted to help you achieve your goals. Then lock and load, execute, assess, adjust and repeat.
4. Consistency is key: Consistency is vital for progress. Make yourself a priority and stick to your plan and always look for the simplest thing you can improve each week that will provide the biggest return. Find ways to stay motivated, such as tracking your progress or training with a friend.
5. Seek professional guidance: If you’re new to exercise or need extra support, hit me up and I can guide you with proper form, technique, and provide customized plans based on your goals and abilities.

⚠️ No more show for me this month, sorry folks.

😩 I know I been working at this for a while but I have decided I needed to attend to some other priorities in my life that need my attention before stepping kn stage.

🛑 So I have made the decision to postpone until October. But It’s not quitting - just recalibrating for now.

🌈 And I know I will come back even better this time around, ‘cos the universe is already opening up for me, and the road are being opened and this time we go all the way.

🙏🏼 Thank you for following my journey, and I am going to do my best to make you all proud come October by presenting an even better package before the judges table.
