Woohoo to one of our much loved members Emilie.
Besides raising the energy & sweetness in the room she has worked diligently over the last couple of years to:

Raise her strength
Improve her form and technique
Takes on feedback and tries her best
Is patient and knows it takes time

When I saw this video, I saw all of her effort and that of our beautiful coaching team to bring that earnest care and effort into a really awesome movement - the lunge.

Semi-Private Training Launched October 27 → and it’s quickly become one of the most loved ways to train at MFW.

For the woman who:
– wants coaching on her technique
– wants to get stronger properly
– but doesn’t want to train alone

You’re not in a class.
You’re not doing your own thing in a gym.

You’re in your own space,
with 1–4 other women,
being coached, watched, and progressed.

The vibe is high.
The focus is yours.

It suits:
→ beginners
→ women returning to training
→ and those who want the feel of 1:1, without the full price tag

(2 semi session > 1 PT when it comes to consistency)

You have 10 semi-private times to choose from
→ morning + mid-morning + PM options

So you can actually make training work in your week.

But… there’s only so much space on the MFW floor.

We cap sessions at 5 women
to keep the coaching tight and the standard high.

Once our last spots are filled,
we move to waitlist only.
