Hey there,

TBHF kicked off in 2016 in a small backyard shed and has grown into an epic 24/7 gym and group fitness hub that caters for all lifestyles, levels and preferences. Started by Kia and Mark, they have now passed the torch to Isaac and Amanda. Rebranding as Ritual Strength and Conditioning, our goal still remains the same: Creating an amazing fitness community in South West Rock for everyone.

Slightly reduced timetable
6am 7am and 5:30 as normal
9am will be on Monday Wednesday and Friday

Quick update for those who haven’t heard the news. Isaac has torn tendons in his knee yesterday playing soccer. Underwent surgery today to reattach everything. No classes this week at this stage
