Western Australian Quidditch Association Yes we play quidditch, no we can't fly. There are currently several active teams in Perth. So what are you waiting for?

The West Australian Quidditch Association (WAQA) was formed in 2011 and officially incorporated in 2014. We are a not-for-profit organisation aiming to expand the sport of quidditch in WA. The WAQA is the official governing body for quidditch in WA under the Australian Quidditch Association (AQA). We currently run three official teams in Perth; the Murdoch Mandrakes, the UWA Undesirables, and the

Perth Phoenixes. Talk to us about joining a team or getting your own started in your area!

​Quidditch is a mixed gender sport, we accept all genders to play with us! We prefer players to be at least 16 years old to play officially but otherwise there are no restrictions. Join a team and be a part of this inclusive and growing community today.

Yesterday was hot - bushfires threatened lives and homes in two of our communities.

Today is set to be even hotter. Widespread Total Fire Bans are in place and our resources are at the ready.

Thinking about doing any of these activities? Just don’t.

🚫 Hot works. No rise and grind today.
🚫 Outdoor BBQs, Pizza Ovens...you get the idea.

What do you risk if you breach these?
