🏆 August’s Member of the Month - Cat 🏆

This month’s Member of the Month is a little different… and that’s exactly why we’re celebrating Cat! 🫶🏼

Cat made the really tough decision to pull out of Hyrox - something we know wasn’t easy for her. But what she’s done since has been just as impressive!

She’s been so consistent with her physio, adapting sessions when needed, listening to her body and, most importantly, making the right decisions for herself ❤️

And despite all of that, she’s still showing up, getting involved, cheering everyone on and supporting the people around her every step of the way 🥹🙌🏼

Because sometimes progress isn’t about pushing through. Sometimes it’s about knowing when to listen, when to adapt and when to put your health first… while still staying connected to the community you love.

That deserves to be celebrated just as much as any PB, milestone or race finish! 👏🏼

Cat, we’re so proud of you! You’re an absolute legend and we’re lucky to have you as part of our F45 South Perth family! ❤️
