The Diamond Ball is YOUR chance to enjoy everything you have learned or are learning at BYB. These are the Ballroom dances that you can expect to enjoy at the Ball (and at Showcase Sat 27 June!). PLUS plenty of general party dancing of course, 3 course dining and black tie dress up!!

Our BYB Class Social and Dance Connect Classes will be focusing on these dances this next few blocks in the lead up to the Ball on Friday 14 August.

Come along, revise these beginner class dances and enjoy becoming social confident in your dancing!

BYB Adult Social - we want to hear from you!

Do you:
• love the atmosphere of beginner newstart class yet feel competent to move forward but unsure where too?
• don’t want to necessarily learn more intricate choreography yet want to build skills?
• enjoy the content you have yet would like to revise choreography and have more opportunity to dance not just learn steps?
• feel safe and seen with BYB studio values with designated and scheduled social dancing as part of your membership?

There has been much discussion behind the scenes at BYB about building a social framework/group to support our adult class community. We have always been aware that only a few enjoy competing, performing or doing exam work and therefore we would like to build space for our Adults to dance socially yet be supported by our team!

Happy 4th Birthday BYB 🎉

Hard to believe that it’s only been 4 years… very difficult to squeeze the time into one post. Together we have come so far in such a short period of time & we are endlessly grateful to absolutely anyone who has or is part of our BYB community this past 4 years.

As a studio we are so special, not only for the fact that we grew from humble fresh beginnings but because it is the people who make the studio such a unique and special place to be! YOU make BYB great!

From starting in a small dirty RSL club hall to having and outgrowing our own space, stars of nowra, nowra show, Debutantes, troupe, jam packed showcases, going from 7 medals to 80 medals, adult performance and medal classes, a team of teachers and assistants, Brad and Em winning Aussies and representing in the Worlds Teams Match, comp team, partnering each other, our studio purple, disco dancesport, expanding timetables and more… to simply see you all smile when you come in from a long day makes the toughest times worth it.

BYB is our heart 💜 We love you… thank you for being part of BYB… every one of you are special to us!

Brad + Em are preparing to head home after representing Australia in the Open Worlds Teams Match in the UK✈️ They cannot wait to see what the studio has been up to & are excited for our first studio comp of the year.

Once returned they will be back to usual schedule, however if keen for extra lessons please see Ms Jen to put you name down… just please bear with their jetlag as they readjust 🧳 😂
