I have to say a huge thank you to the FNQ Super Street Sedans club for awarding me the 2024 Rookie of the Year at the Cairns Speedway awards night on Saturday night. I am honoured, truly.

Hoping to go bigger and better in 2025 with some cool stuff getting put together in the shed already.

Qld Title wrap up.

Unfortunately we didn't make it past the first heat. The car had awesome speed on a super challenging track. We put together a different engine package for the title to try some things out and it made awesome power but the number 4 exhaust valve decided to leave the chat. But that's racing.

We will screw together a better one for next year and see it it can't get the VL up and moving

Congratulations needs to go to Chris Ross on taking home Q1. He drove a very smart race and was rewarded for his efforts.

What an awesome weekend of going fast and left. We managed to come home in 4th from the rear for my first time racing on dirt properly. I can't thank the Pitchfork Motor Racing and Naylor Racing crew for helping me sort some teething issues with the car during the night and keeping me on track. Unfortunately I missed out on racing on Saturday due to some driveline issues but we will get it sorted and be back on track for the Havoc in the Paddock meeting at Cairns Speedway on the 14th of September.

Massive thanks to Andrew McCreath, Edward Smith, Kirk Poole and Josh Dotti for the lend of the car, parts and time to get me racing. Thank you also to Dahrenda Ann Nash for all her support and encouragement.

I had the absolute pleasure to be able to assist these two legends take home first and second for the weekend. Eddie did an amazing job to bring home first after battling with power steering issues all day and Josh took to his newly Ford repowered commodore like a seasoned veteran. Absolutely fantastic racing as per usual between these blokes and I'm looking forward to the next meeting at tepon already. Well done to everyone that raced today at Tableland Competition Car Club - Herberton Speedway.
