Ladies That Lift is looking for a new Personal Trainer to join our all-female personal training team.

We are based in Thomastown, Victoria.

Benefits

LOOK AT HER LEGS!!! 🦵

As a teenager, Molly spent years wishing she could wake up in a different body. She believed her worth was tied to her size and struggled to see the incredible person she already was.

For a long time, she chased weight loss believing it would bring happiness, confidence, and acceptance. But the truth was, the deeper transformation had nothing to do with the number on the scales.

When Molly found strength training, she found more than a way to change her body. She found an outlet, a purpose, and a lifeline during some of the most challenging periods of her life.

As her physical strength grew, so did her resilience, confidence, and self-belief. She learned that losing weight doesn’t automatically heal old wounds, but learning to show up for yourself every day can.

Today, Molly backs herself in every aspect of life. She’s learned to love who she is, both inside and out, and understands that true confidence comes from within.

Her journey is proof that the strongest transformations aren’t always the ones you can see-they’re the ones that happen on the inside first.

WE’RE HIRING!
Ladies That Lift is looking for our next Personal Trainer to join the team.

We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Has a positive, welcoming attitude
✨ Loves coaching women and creating a supportive environment
✨ Is confident running PT sessions independently
✨ Is open to learning, feedback, and growing as a coach
✨ Brings professionalism and a good attitude

This role will mainly cover:

* Weeknight shifts (approx. 4pm–7pm initially)
* Potential Saturday mornings
* Casual position with opportunity for more hours as we grow

What we cover:
✔️ Rent (you don't pay a cent)
✔️ We handle all leads and client enquiries
✔️ Supportive team environment
✔️ Opportunity for growth within the business

At Ladies That Lift, we care deeply about creating an environment where women feel comfortable, empowered, and excited to train. We want coaches who genuinely care about clients, work hard, and value being part of a strong team culture.

Experience is preferred but not essential for the right person.

There’s a difference.

A workout is something you do in the moment.
A program is what actually takes you somewhere.

Jumping between random workouts, saving workouts on IG or Tik Tok.

It isn’t tailored to you. It’s too random.

You need a structured plan that you follow each week and continuously progress in.
