5️⃣ fitness facts about me❗️

I’ve only been training for 11 years in the gym and in those years I’ve set myself a few challenges along with some great friends!

🔹I conquered the Toughest obstacle course Tough Mudder 2012 😈
🔹I’ve completed a half marathon in under 2 hours 🏃🏻‍♀️
🔹I’ve competed in a Bikini comp 👙
🔹I loved the Eureka climb, 88 floors 🥵
🔹I pushed myself to my limits in the Stadium stomp, 7300 steps 🤯

And many fun runs!

I am super proud to have achieved these mind set challenges… I can also help you achieve a goal or challenge that you have always wanted to do/achieve!!
