Guess who has deadlifts in her program again? Meeeee 😍🙋

A new PB for me at this weight, for this rep range so posting for personal reference because we all know it's not really a PB unless you post about it.

I have always trained predominantly for aesthetic reasons but I also like to be strong which is why I love my compound lifts.

Don't EVER feel bad for celebrating your wins peeps.
Those that love you will support you and those that don't, well you know how it goes.

If there is any skill you want to matser, especially in the gym, it's consistency.

Anyone that gets what they want out of life is consistent AF. Take a look around at the ones who are the most successful.

What's their secret you ask. There isn't one. They just keep showing up, doing the same thing over and over and over again until they become a master of it.

So if you are struggling hitting the gym 5 days a week and from one week to the next you're there and then you're not, start a training program that's only 2-3 days a week and show up consistently. Imagine if you did that for the rest of your life versus stopping and starting again with a 5 day program that doesn't suit your schedule.
Find what's achievable and make it work.

He or she that shows up consistently for 3 gym sessions a week for the rest of their life will be far more successful than those that show up 5 times a week one week and nothing the next.

Progress over perfection.
Now get to it.

Every now and then life has a way of kicking you in the ass and reminds you of what's important.

Know your worth. Now this one got me good.

Learn to let go of the things that aren't meant for you.

Be a good human and treat others with kindness and respect.

Be unapologetic for being yourself.

Focus on what you can control and let go of what you can't.

Learn to do things by yourself. Your own company is the best company you'll ever have.

Listen to your gut.

Love the s**t out of yourself and the things that make you exactly who you are.

Set boundaries - this isn't about telling people what they can and can't do, it's about telling them what you will and won't accept.

Remember how strong you are..... 🖤
