Our TRIX3 Indoor Triathlon event has concluded for 2021!

We had such a great day out watching all of our participants smashing each leg of the tri! Plenty of smiles, laughs, and words of encouragement on the day.

Congratulations to all of those who competed! Stay tuned for our 2022 event - we cant wait to do it all again!

Designed for total beginners with a safe pool swim and indoor bike and treadmill. Swim at your own pace (any stroke), cycle on a stationary bike and finish with a run/walk on the treadmill. It's that easy!

We know that riding a bike on the open road can be daunting, and if you aren’t confident about riding a bike on public roads, that’s not something you need to worry about with .

The bike leg of your TRIX3 event will be held indoors on a stationary bike - all you have to do is ride! No need to stress about going up/down hills, around sharp corners, or navigating your way through hundreds of other participants! We can’t wait to see you all out there.

Training for the Indoor triathlon will depend on your personal goals, but you don’t need to train in advance to take part in an indoor triathlon.

The aim of the indoor triathlon is to provide you with sufficient base fitness and an understanding of triathlon that enables you to be confident of completing your first triathlon by participating in the event that the program culminates with.

At you have two events to choose from. One being 30 minutes and the other being 60 minutes. The swim legs for each of these options are either 5 or 10 minutes

No need to worry about dealing with open water or other competitors, you get to complete your allocated swim time from the comfort of your own lane doing any stroke...even dog paddle if that’s what you fancy!

We've removed the 'scary' aspects of a road triathlon, and have created our very own indoor triathlon event.

This is perfect for those wanting to give triathlon a go!

Swim in a pool, ride on a stationary bike, and run on a treadmill! This is a time based event rather than distance, and athletes can choose to either complete 30 minutes or 60 minutes of activity.
