A massive congratulations to my dedicated client Minna Blaney at the State Boccia titles on the weekend. She has been training with me for 5 years to improve mobility and strength. This year it has shown all her dedication and hard work has paid off with her gold medal win in her favourite sport. Well done!!!

Got an injury? Think you need to stay away from training until it’s better? Think again!!!!
I have modified James’ training due to an adductor strain. No running or twisting but sled pull/pushes are fine.
Work around an injury and work towards getting it better.

Rhys deadlifting 70kg. That’s 5kg ABOVE HIS OWN BODYWEIGHT!!!!!! Rhys and I are working hard to have him bulk up and still have the definition he wants. He’s gained close to 8kg of lean muscle already.
