We are searching for a small group fitness trainer to join us at Holistic Fit Bootcamps, a family run fitness business that has a long history in fitness.
We would like the perfect person to join us who loves working with people and has enthusiasm to see our members improve their health and fitness.
Someone who can join in with the fun, encourage and get to know our members, who also wants to see the business grow and will contribute to it. (You can earn great extra commissions to do so!)

Our female focussed health and fitness business is staffed from 5.30am - 715am and then again from 930-1015.
We have a daily customised program that is set out for all members who can come to any class, and do the program that is scaled to their capability.

About the Role:

You'll be a successful applicant if you can run sessions and think on your feet to adapt movements to suit clients capabilities. This will include contributing to the program and the environment we work in. It will also include contributing to member growth and retention.
Show your professional knowledge by being able to scale exercises up or down according to the member's fitness level.
This role is for approximately 10 hours/week, which can be done by one person, or shared with another if preferred. And be finished by 1015 each day!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Demonstrate your professional knowledge by adapting to our member's abilities.
* Encouraging our members to their full fitness potentials.
* Be open to learning more about fitness and develop yourself.
* Contribute to creating programs.
* Play an active role in communicating with new and existing members.
* Film content for social media.

Skills and Experience:

* Cert III in Fitness, preferrable with (or working towards) Cert IV.
* Strength and Conditioning experience and qualifications highly regarded.
* Previous experience in group training and personal training.
* Current First Aid and CPR.
* Be able to be part of team comfortably.
* Love interacting with people and create a welcoming environment.
