365 days of hair on every piece of clothing I own.
I’m not a dog person. I never wanted a dog in the house. The amount of golden retriever hair should honestly be illegal.
But somehow, I love you more than I hate the hair.
Thanks for the love, the pats, the chaos, and for making bad days better just by being you.

Over the last 7 weeks, I’ve brought consistent exercise back into my life.
It feels strange to say that considering I’m a PT, but since coming out of COVID I’ve really had to rediscover what works for me and what I actually enjoy.
These days, I train weights 3 times a week with my partner in crime, , and try to fit in 1–2 Pilates sessions as well.
Today, after dropping the kids at school, I spent the first part of my day doing a reformer Pilates session, an infrared vibration plate session, and finishing with a hydro massage bed.
Do I weigh any different? No idea.
Do I look any different? No idea.
But do I feel different? Absolutely.
I love to move, and letting go of the guilt around putting myself first has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself.
Consistency feels good. 💛

Happy 11th birthday Bear 🐻

Yesterday my baby turned 11. I often get stuck just staring at you and wondering where did the time go..

This year I got to spend some one on one time watching you at athletics. It was something different for you but I loved watching you get better, make new friends and have fun.

I wish for you to be brave, grow your confidence and continue to choose things that make you happy 😊

That number hit me harder than I expected.
One minute you’re little, needing me for everything and now you’re standing in front of me, becoming your own person. Strong, capable, figuring life out in your own way.
I won’t lie there’s a part of me that misses the little boy you were. But I am so proud of the young man you’re becoming. The way you show up, the way you handle things, the way you are.
You don’t need me the same way anymore, but I’ll always be here. In the background, on the sidelines, wherever you need me.
I love you more than you’ll ever understand.
Always have, always will.

100 games at North Geelong Netball Club 🖤🤍
I was overwhelmed by all the love I received on the day. Six years at this club and I’m so grateful for every game, every teammate, and every memory along the way.
To top it off with a win was pretty special. Then a few drinks and a dance to celebrate the only way we know how 🥂💃🏼

Being your mum is the greatest privilege of my life. Not because it’s always easy but because it’s you. I get to watch you grow, find yourself, stand your ground and love so deeply.

I did what I said I would—and that’s what counts. 👊

This week I told myself I’d run for 5 minutes and do 50 push-ups.
Is it a lot? No. I’m a PT—I know that.

But that’s not the point.

The point is I made time for myself… and I followed through. ✔️

It’s not about going all in. It’s about showing up, building trust with yourself, and taking action—no matter how small.

Also… I really want to love running.
At this stage, I’d settle for liking it… or even just tolerating it 😂

New week, small step up:
10-minute run + 50 push-ups.
