New runner Stephen Freer immediately impressed taking out the 300m in a time just short of the venue record. Freer then backed up to press Luke Haines all the way to the line with Haines claiming the 2800m by the narrowest of margins. Haines then saddled up again to win the 600m from Freer with Micheal Parigi just ahead of Darren Riviere in a tight battle for third. Peter Lamb followed and claimed the M75 record
Thanks to Martin and Kath for officiating tonight.
