These things helped me stay healthy and guided me through my first pregnancy especially during the harder moments. It was very confronting at times to see your body change and having to adjust your whole life (mentally & physically) in ways that you weren’t always ready for. But the one word that I would always find the most helpful in these moments and throughout the pregnancy was… ✨SURRENDER ✨

Trusting the body and process and reminding myself that it’s okay to let go of all control and expectations. Allow the journey to take you where it needs to go and embracing all of the moments 🤍

Meet Bryson… 🐶🤍

This bundle of joy has been taking all of my attention the last 6 months, as it’s the first time having my own dog. It’s been so beautiful to watch him grow and for myself to step into a new role that’s completely new and different. It has come with a lot of change and lifestyle adjustments but I’ve loved every minute of it.

You’ll be seeing plenty more of Bryson I’m sure! Including him joining in my home workouts and the new tricks that we have been teaching him.. We are currently in the process of him learning how to do a BURPEE 😂
