Frenchy squats a 190kg double.
He lives the life of a shredder and continually drops weight to impress the ladies which makes it very hard for him to gain strength but some how he keeps pulling PR's... Lets hope he can start pulling some ladies as well ;)

Frankie squats 165kg for a double!
5 weeks ago this was his 1RM ;)
Weighing 70kg he's now very close to hitting a 2.5x body weight squat!

Nadene hitting a very easy double at 110kg!
I recently looked back over my programming notes for Nadene and found this quote from 12 months ago:
"Wow 75kg is heavy only got 2 - don't think I can do much more..."
1 year later she's put 35kg onto her deadlift and still making progress every week! Believe in yourself and ;) Very happy and proud for you Nadene!

People often like to talk down on people that are experiencing success in their life.
When it comes to lifting weights I've found these to be the general comments:
"They're taking steroids..."
"They've got perfect genetics..."
"They're just naturally gifted..."
All of these comments discourage the person and imply that they are taking short cuts and havn't earned their success... I've found this generally makes the other person feel better about their lack of results.
My opinion as a natural lifter and experience being a coach:
There are no short cuts... Believe me when I tell you I've been through enough pain to earn my strength.
So have my clients - if it was easy everyone would be strong.
Intelligent programming and an extreme desire to improve are the keys to success for gaining strength.

Last night I posted Zachary's 195kg from last week asking if you thought he could get 3 reps at 200kg. Unfortunately he didn't get it.... He ended up getting 3 reps at 205kg!

1 month ago we tested Frankies 1RM at 165kg.
Safe to say we can expect a big PR for him soon!

For someone that's running a business its important to market your services and build a network.

One of the ways I am trying to spread the word about my business is through Facebook advertising...
The only problem is Facebook continually denies my ads!
Apparently the progress my clients are making is "unrealistic" and "false"

I can understand that the fitness industry is one of the worst for promising unrealistic results from products and services - but I can assure you that I have never once lied about anyone of my clients progress.

I'm not selling some new ab machine "guaranteed" to give you a 6 pack and lose "X" number or kilograms a week...

I provide a service that continually gets results from nothing other than hard work and intelligent programming.

If facebook won't allow me to market my services I call upon my team and ask that you please clarify your results!

This deadlift puts Frankie in an elite category which very few people ever reach...
Weighing in at 70kg this 210kg deadlift gives him a Triple Body Weight pull!!
Huge accomplishment and a 30kg increase in the past 11 weeks training together

Before we started training together Matty told me he wanted to squat 190kg by the end of the year...
He told me this 11 weeks ago with his max at 167.5kg at the time. After our first 5 week training block he hit 195kg at 92kg body weight.

6 weeks ago he told me he wanted to squat 200kg by the end of the year as well as losing 5kg... Here he is with his first 200kg squat 6 weeks later at 87kg BW 3 months before the end of the year... This gives him a huge 32.5kg increase over 12 weeks!

When goal setting demand more of yourself and talk to someone with experience to determine whats really possible. You can make drastic improvements if your willing to go through the work to deserve them.
Strength is earned - not given - heck Matty even gave up clubbing on the weekends and look what happened! ;)
