IT'S ALMOST GO TIME! πŸ”₯

Here's a first look at the course map for our 3rd HYROX Simulation Event this Saturday, June 20, and it's our biggest one yet.

Athletes will compete across Half Simulation, Full Simulation, and for the first time, Relay teams of four.

πŸƒ 500m outdoor run loop
Half Simulation – 1 lap per run
Full Simulation – 2 laps per run

Inside the gym:
Ski Erg Β· Sled Push Β· Sled Pull Β· Rowing Β· Burpee Broad Jumps Β· Farmer Carry Β· Sandbag Lunges Β· Wall Balls

All registered athletes have received their heat times and event info. Arrive 30 minutes before your heat to check in, warm up and get briefed.

Spots still available if you want in.

Spectators welcome, no charge.

We're stoked to be hosting our 3rd HYROX Simulation next Saturday, 20 June!

With over 40 athletes already registered and more joining every day, this is shaping up to be our biggest and best simulation yet.

Even better, we're adding more fun and more connection by introducing Relay Teams.

A relay team is the perfect way to get a taste of the HYROX experience without having to complete the full event yourself. Each athlete completes 2 x 1km runs and 2 workout stations, meaning everyone gets a solid hit-out while sharing the challenge with their teammates.

You can decide as a team which stations each person takes on. Love the SkiErg or Row? Claim those. Strong with the sleds? Step up. Not a fan of burpees? Hopefully one of your teammates is!

It's a great option for anyone who's curious about HYROX, wants to compete with friends, or isn't quite ready to tackle the full 8km of running and 8 workout stations on their own.

Grab three mates and join us for an epic morning of fitness, teamwork and plenty of laughs.

Can you lose weight, get fitter and get stronger at the same time?

Amy has lost nearly 30kg, She has completed 2 x 6 week Hyrox training blocks, 2 Hyrox simulation races and kept her lifting consistent throughout all of it. And she just pulled 140kg off the floor twice. The answer is yes and here is how it works.
Amy did not just do one thing. She trained across strength, conditioning and Hyrox endurance consistently over time. That combination is what produced this result. The Hyrox training built her cardiovascular fitness and work capacity. The conditioning developed her power and stamina. The consistent lifting built the strength foundation underneath all of it.

When all of those elements work together alongside adequate protein and sensible nutrition your body loses fat and builds muscle at the same time. This is called body recomposition. The training tells your body to keep and develop muscle. The nutrition creates the conditions to reduce body fat. Both happen together when the program is built correctly.

Amy is lighter, fitter and stronger than when she started. All three at once.

Our first 4 Relay Team spots for the June 20 Hyrox Simulation sold out fast. Due to popular demand we have opened 2 more.

A Relay Team is made up of 4 people and it is one of the best ways to experience Hyrox together. You share the race across your team so the load is divided and the fun is multiplied. Each athlete completes a 1000m run followed by a station, repeated twice across the race. Stations can be completed in order or split between teammates however suits your team best.

If you and 3 friends have been looking for something to take on together this is it. A challenge, a shared experience and a finish line you all cross together.

These 2 spots will not last long. DM us now to lock in your team for June 20.

The pink gang came and absolutely smashed their first Hyrox session together. πŸŒΈπŸ™Œ

For most of these ladies it was their first time experiencing Hyrox and they chose to do it together as a group. Good energy, support, laughs all working hard.

You were all outstanding. 🌸
