Dear Parents & Gymnasts

I personally regret to inform you of some sad news regarding the South Fremantle location. After over 15 years of running classes at the Fremantle College (South Fremantle SHS), Jollettes Gymnastics will close. The last session being Wednesday the 16th of November 2022.

The closure is due to personal reasons and was an extremely hard decision on my part to undertake. There have been many challenges over the last couple of years however the commitment and loyalty from the parents has not gone unnoticed and for this I Thank You.

My heart goes out to those gymnasts who are eager to continue their gymnastics experience with us however there are many other options for the children to continue their journey at another organizations. Please contact Gymnastics WA for further information http://www.gymnasticswa.asn.au

On behalf of the team at Jollettes Gymnastics South Fremantle I would like to thank you once again for your loyal support and for making us a part of your lives. We will miss the gymnasts and their wonderful bright smiles they bring in each week.

Please understand with COVID-19 (Omicron) increasing in our community, Jollettes Gymnastics will endeavour to continue to run classes even with minimal staff.
If or when we do need to cancel gymnastics classes we will aim to contact members as soon as possible via the Jollettes Gymnastics Location page or text message.
This will be a challenging time for everyone, please understand we will need patience and understand while we navigate our way through this next stage of the pandemic.

South Fremantle classes resume for 2nd term on Wednesday the 27th April :)

NEW GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS as of 3rd MARCH 2022

* Gymnasts in year 3 or above will be required to wear a mask to and from the venues and up to the commencement of warm-up.
* Please ensure your child has a safe place to store their mask while not in use e.g. a ziplock bag with their name printed clearly.
* Gymnasts will be require to put their mask back on at the commencement of cooldown being the end of the gymnastics session.
* We feel gymnastics is classified as a strenuous activity due to the running around, jumping, swinging and ongoing physical activity within our classes however if a parent wishes their child to wear their mask throughout the gymnastic class this will be encouraged.
* A parent or guardians will be allowed to watch their child/ren however please abide by the 2 square metre ruling when attending the classes and please keep masks on at all times :)
* Siblings aged 8 and above who are watching the classes must wear a mask at all times.
