Sydney Irish Rugby Football Club was founded in January 2012 and was given its name to recognise the cultural identity of the clubs founding members. It is recognised as a club that welcomes everyone and provides an instant support network for people with an interest in Rugby Union. We have adopted the Irish culture of being friendly and employ Ireland’s ‘Land of a thousand welcomes’ reputation to attract our members, whilst building a community based club for people interested in playing and supporting rugby. Since beginning the journey we’ve picked up members from all corners of the globe. You won’t be disappointed. www.sydneyirishrfc.com
