💚 Meet PETER CLIFTON
⚽ BUSC U9 Tric Green Mixed Coach

1️⃣ How long have you been coaching?
I’ve coached for 5 years — this is my sixth season coaching junior football.

2️⃣ What made you want to coach juniors?
I wanted to coach because I was asked, and I wanted to help the club while spending time with my son and his mates. Now I do it for the fun, the challenge, and because I love the game.

3️⃣ What do you focus on most during games?
I focus on encouraging the players by recognising when they do well and helping them keep their shape and play their positions.

4️⃣ What advice would you give new players?
Have fun, show respect, believe in yourself, work hard, and be brave.
