This Saturday we begin our monthly intensive workshop series at The Academy of Grounding with Professor Antonio Lauro.
Each month we take a deep dive into one position, breaking it down slowly and thoroughly, with time for questions and real understanding.
This session we’ll explore the Crucifix, focusing on control, transitions, and finishing options from this powerful position.

Grateful for 11 incredible years of sharing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with our amazing community here in West End, Brisbane. Over 2,000 people have trained with us, and each one has left a lasting memory on our mats. This journey has been more than just about training; it’s about building a family. Thank you to all our students, past and present, for being part of this journey. Here’s to many more years of growth, health, and wisdom together. Let’s keep rolling.

Next weekend we are heading to Campfire our Winter BJJ + Yoga Retreat. As well as two days of Jiu Jitsu intensives and fire rolls with Professor Antonio Lauro Rodrigues we have an awesome lineup of fire offerings. Movement, breath, inner journey work, treks, ice swims, and even a fire feasting session with West Ends fav Chef Raffaele Persichetti.
Come Friday - leave Sunday. Or Sat - Sun option too.
