Since we closed We know people are looking for a good roast along the coast. Next time you head to West Lakes hotel give it a go. It’s nice…not as good as ours but good all the same! Available everyday!

With great sadness we say Good bye and Thank you to the BSLSC Club and the wider community…the secret ingredient in our success! It’s been an incredible time as We poured our passion into every plate! We have gained so much from the experience, including meeting some really amazing people! What now! Well watch THIS SPACE! Right now all we are thinking about is a holiday but we look forward to starting a new journey in the food industry soon. Unfortunately after successfully building the business we decided we couldn’t add the stress of trying to find a park during summer after the park we were initially given was no longer an option. We go in and out to stock up with supplies. This was an amazing stepping stone for what is to come. Big Thanks to our staff, customers and club volunteers who put in the hours on the bar. Congratulations Claudia & Joe! What a big day! 30kg lamb, 13kg prawns, 15 kg chicken, 12kg salmon and so much more….managed to get a few pictures….night night zzzzzz…big thanks to the volunteers who worked the bar.
